Even I am not that kind of person who is writing much reviews but I decided to be more proactive because it really can help people find great place to enjoy their holidays. My and my boyfriend spent at Elements 5 nights and we had really good time overthere Because I... More

We wanted a holiday that wasn't commercialised but had all of the facilities important to us. Elements Resort provided just that. Friendly staff who knew when to approach us, always smiling and friendly. Great food with a wide range to offer, excellent facilities onsite and most importantly the staff were happy to provide a range of options for travel, entertainment,... More

Hello Thank you for your most kind review and taking the time to write it. Our team does appreciate your comments and whilst there have been some recent changes that have caused some service disruptions in the restaurants as of late it looks like we are improving. My girlfriend and I had been travelling in Thailand for a few weeks prior to our stay in Koh Samui / Elements. Since we're on a budget this would been out of our price range, however some family were joining us for 4 days and had booked the rooms (two with Jacuzzis and one studio) for us. The resort was,... First the good stuff. Staff were fabulous and tried their best. The buildings were stunning as a first impression. Decent breakfasts and everything kept really clean. But There was nothing obvious when booking that at certain times of the year the tide is out, like the time I stayed. So no swimming in the sea at a beach resort! I... More

Hello Thank you for your review and taking the time to write it, I have addressed some of the points you have made on your friends review and will not repeat here. I was impressed by the lovely accomodation, beach, pool area and resort in general. Whilst not as modern as some of the other resorts it is very well maintained and well laid out offering a very relaxing experience. I felt the service standards were great, although, around the pool / beach, it was sometimes difficult to attract the attention of... More

We stayed at the Elements for 6 nights in July 2015 and to start with I have to say that is hotel is very good value for money, unfortunately it's tired looking, some of the staff are badly trained and the biggest gripe for us was the lack of a proper beach. The hotel is very careful not to mention... More

Hello Thank you for your review and taking the time to write it. I do disagree somewhat with your position there has been a lot of maintenance and refurb work carried out as of late. I respect your view and I am sorry you feel the resort did not meet the standards you were looking for Best regards More

We stayed for two nights for a family wedding. Our room was beautiful with a very comfortable bed. Lovely bathroom and a huge bath, unfortunately it took a long time to fill so ended up having a shower instead (wonderful also I should add). As the wedding was off site, we had very little time to experience the facilities, and... More
