We were booked into this accommodation as part of a package to walk the Speyside Way and we were delighted by our time here. Helen and Tony are wonderful hosts who made us feel like old friends when we arrived. Cragganmore is a beautiful old Victorian house not far from the disused Ballindalloch Railway Station and backing onto Cragganmore Distillery.... More

We were on a Spey canoeing descent, and Cragganmore fulfilled our every need for a convenient, comfortable, & excellently catered for, overnight stop prior to embarking. We shall return, and certainly to eat!!!

Enjoyed a three night stay at this bed and breakfast whilst fishing the river Spey. Lovely quiet location. Excellent rooms with tea coffee and homemade biscuits. Breakfast served by the chef himself- great overall experience. Plenty to do in the area- Ballindaloch castle, golf course, whiskey distilleries etc Would reccomend.

I am a year late with this review and it is heartening to see that the owners, Tony and Helen, have been given such a prestigious award for this year. They are delightful, helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous hosts. When one thinks of what an outstanding B&B experience should be, this is the experience one would think of. Tony's classic French... We found paradise on walking the Speyside Way. The house in its own grounds has been lovingly restored to reflect bygone times. We stayed in the Turret room which was perfect with a brass bed and claw foot bath with beautiful furnishing throughout the house. We were very pampered. Tony and Helen were delightful hosts. The meals Tony prepared were... More

Stayed here overnight whilst walking the Speyside Way. This is a charming Victorian villa, beautifully furnished in character. Helen and Tony are excellent hosts who made us most welcome. Tony produces the most amazing food - our dinner was first class which we all enjoyed (I was in a party of 3). Our rooms were very comfortable and the bathroom... More

This was our mid point stop on The Speyside Way, and we were delighted to find this beautiful country house. Helen & Tony were excellent hosts, making us very welcome, and suggested we catch a tour of the neighbouring Cragganmore Distillery (great tour - thanks Fay!). Rooms were very comfortable, and the bathroom was stunning. We were treated to fine... More

We stayed (again) for 2 nights at the end of May in the Green Room (3 beds) and had an absolutely fantastic time. Cragganmore House is an absolute gem - I've stayed about 8 times now, so I know what I'm talking about!. I'm not biased in the slightest; I've worked for 25 years in the hotel/restaurant trade and if... More

Stayed for three wonderful days last week. Heaven on earth is to spend the day fishing the beautiful river A'an and then back to Cragganmore House to relax in one of the period roll top baths, a couple of "livener's" and then into the dining room for an exceptional dinner prepared and cooked by Tony. This place will charm you.... More
