We stayed in the Haughmond Lodge for four people as two couples. The lodge itself was immaculate with two good sized bedrooms with kingsize beds, one with an en-suite. The only slight issue was that the bathroom that was not en-suite had a hand held shower and bath but we found it okay as we just used the shower in... More

Our third weekend in our touring caravan & we couldn't have chosen better, facilities were excellent showers and toilets were spotless. Peaceful & relaxing we can't wait to return & book a table at The Bothy restaurant. Worth every penny.

After a very welcoming arrival, we went to our cabin and was happy with wot we had. It was clean and comfortable. As someone has already said the log cabins don't feel like log cabins apart from cladding ceilings! We felt too scared to cook a meal in case we never cleaned to the parks satisfaction! We stayed at callow... More

Firstly, this booking was made for 4 adults in one of our 5 star bespoke built lodges, which sleeps 4 adults (2 king size beds). The above guests checked in Friday evening, then proceeded to smuggle in an extra adult on Saturday evening who stayed until Sunday afternoon. At no time did they attempt to register the extra adult. If you don't like peace & quiet, excellent food don't go to Beaconsfield Farm. We have stayed for around about 12 times over the years, in lodges just love going the Bothy restaurant gets very busy, so take a tip you must book when booking your holiday. If you are fussy about food speak to the restaurant staff & they... More

Booking a last minute break is always going to be a chance, and not knowing the area we just took a gamble on this. We stayed in a chestnut lodge with hot tub (more on that later) and from first impressions it seemed to fit the bill. Unfortunately i was expecting a lodge, like a log cabin, and these aren't.... Just returned after a perfect stay in a Chestnut Lodge. the Park is so peaceful and my husband and I really managed to relax... A hot tub helps! We spoilt ourselves and had a meal in The Bothy, my husband has eaten all over and he thought is was the best fillet steak he'd ever had! Needless to say, but... More

All in all a nice stay here although the weather did help a lot with that. Nice clean, tidy site, shower/toilet block needs updating, very short timer on showers, could not wash my hair properly! 20 minutes to walk off site. Very helpful staff. Wifi very poor signal. Excellent meal in The Bothy. Constant traffic noise and close to RAF... More

Very friendly/helpful staff - nice park layout and well spaced pitches with good hardstandings and grass spaces between pitches. All service pitches very good and although there are static caravans and lodges the landscaping works well and it doesn't feel crowded.Convenient for park & ride and great farmshop just down the road with good coffee shop for breakfasts & lunches.
