Very friendly/helpful staff - nice park layout and well spaced pitches with good hardstandings and grass spaces between pitches. All service pitches very good and although there are static caravans and lodges the landscaping works well and it doesn't feel crowded.Convenient for park & ride and great farmshop just down the road with good coffee shop for breakfasts & lunches. Stayed on the touring park and the pitch sizes were great, plenty of room. The shower block was clean and tidy with decent showers. According to the website it's 1.5 miles from Shrewsbury but it's more like 6!! So not able to walk but there was a nice pub at the end of the drive in Hadnall. Nice site and... More

Lodge was fine, although decor was a bit cheap and dated. Site was very quiet, and you have to drive to get anywhere. Someone promised to show us how to use the hot tub 30 mins after arrival. Waited nearly 2 hours then went out for food (had a very long drive). We did call via the reception, but as... More

My partner and I came to stay in the Wrekin premier lodge early February. I was greeted by a very friendly gentleman in reception, he asked about the journey/if we'd been to Shrewsbury before and was very pleasant. Check in was quick, we had a book showing us how to work each appliance etc... And our key - the man... More

We arrived at Beaconsfield holiday park for our weeks holiday, to find the staff member in the reception very helpful. He left us to unpack then came to instruct us on how to use the hot tub. Once we had settled in and read the specific lodge manual. It stated you could have visitor's at an extra cost £50 a... More

Me and my wife stayed in the chestnut lodge for 4 nights and enjoyed every minute, from the moment we checked in we felt very welcome, was giving our booklet with all help we needed and showed where our lodge was. The lodge is PERFECT more than we could of expected, very large, clean and every we needed, even a... More

HOSEASONS BOOKING ERROR..NOT OURS! If you read the paperwork it clearly states no single sex groups and will also notify the client of the security deposit. Hoseasons issues this paperwork. We as a Park do not accommodate single sex groups of any age, as stated on Hoseasons website and in all their and our paper work. Hoseasons mistakenly took the... More
