unbelievably good short break ski holiday. from the moment you are met at the airport by a ski weekender rep you are made to feel welcome. the transfer is smooth and when you arrive at the Aravis Lodge your check in takes seconds. then it's just time to get skis sorted for the next days skiing before a lovely dinner... We stayed here for a mid week ski break. Impeccable organisation and communication. Met from our flight. Ski hire in house on arrival. Lift to the slopes and skiing within 30 minutes. Great food . Social guiding if wanted. Clean comfortable rooms. Added attractions such as snow shoe walking. Free tea and coffee . Would also be good for alpine... More

Very well organised setup. The team could have not made it any easier for us to have a full 4 days skiing.Getting kitted out with boots and skis in the basement soon after arrival could not have been easier. Comfortable rooms. Excellent food and generous afternoon tea with a seemingly endless supply of new cakes .All the team were helpful... More

This was such a wonderful place and a great group of people who run it. So friendly, brilliantly organised, they've thought of everything. The food was amazing ( as vegetarians in France we were a bit worried) and the bar and lounge were relaxing and comfy. The Grand Bo resort was the nicest we've been to and the lessons organised... Once again ski weekender provided a fantastic 3 day mid week ski break. I am female, 53 and went on my own, as I did last year. I never once felt remotely alone or uncomfortable due partly to the lovely ski weekender team and the bonus of the 2 days social skiing. Food great, accomodation really comfortable, ski hire on... Extremely well organised, friendly and helpful. Excellent food. The programme was changed and continually reviewed to accommodate the poor snow conditions so that everyone could get the best from the facilities available. We arrived at 8pm and were whisked in to dinner whilst our luggage was taken to our rooms. After dinner it was downstairs to the ski room to... More

Just back (early April) from a mid week stay with Ski Weekender and what an effortless pleasure it was. This company was recommended to me by a friend who had recently stayed and I will be recommending it to others. Stayed with my two boys (who had not skied before) and was concerned that their first experience of skiing would... More

I've tried short ski breaks in the past and usually in order to ski for 3 days you need to stay for 4 nights. This company have really thought about how to achieve 3 ski days with 3 nights' accommodation and execute it perfectly. We were 4 ladies sharing one smallish room which was fine for 3 nights. The bathroom... More

Great concept of allowing 4 days skiing while arriving on Thursday night, getting kitted out in-house and leaving Monday night, with late checkout. Nice hotel, good food, we stayed in Chalet annex so reasonably quiet. Big plus point is friendly staff, special mentions for Beth, Fallon and Camille who were super-helpful and efficient throughout.
