The hotel was just ok. The rooms were clean. Location is strategic . It is near sm. We were looking for a hotel near the port since we were going to Marinduque The entrance though is dark and not so visible. We were hesitant to go in and check it out. Good hing we did. Wifi is not accessible from... More

This hotel was very convenient, it was in the middle of city, near to the mall, and in front of the church. The service was not exceptional, the quality of the room either. The swimming pool was dirty and there is not enough light in every corner of the hotel.

Have stayed at Diamond twice in the last 6 months. The location is good and the rooms decent if you like insects sharing but the food is often "not available" or poor quality. Even bread was "not available" though on the breakfast menu. Seafood combination consisted of one seafood, hardly a combination. The management is apparently cheap or dependent upon the... More

Stayed in their family room overnight. The staff was very accomodating, pleasant to speak with. Location was easy to get to. The hotel had the ambiance of an 80ish Filipino home. Room we stayed in was large enough for a family of 6 with 2 kids. It was clean and comfortable. Breakfast served in the garden, was good. Overall value... More

Stayed here for 2 nights. Fairly priced. Room is not spacious but okay. Sheets are clean. The place is quiet when guests are not plenty and the trees and plants made the area cooler. The only problem ive encountered is the dripping aircon which when i woke up was flooding a big part of the floor. Over all, value for... More

I arrived here around 730am and I just walked in to inquire for vacancy. I was told none yet so I asked if I could stay in the lobby and the receptionist agreed. After 20-30mins, someone apparently checked out so they had the room cleaned right away and I was able to go to my room. What a relief! I... More

The best thing about the hotel is its location. For a business traveler, to stay in a hotel that is about 100 meters away from SM is an advantage. Then there's the staff named Karen. When I stayed in the hotel (October 11 to 12, 2012), Karen was working all the imaginable jobs in the hotel! We arrived at 8am... More

I stayed a week in Lucena City, and there are really only two decent hotels in the area. This one is right downtown, next to the large SM Mall. The other, the Queen Margarette Hotel, is pretty far away, on the outskirts of town on the highway, too far for me. The Pros: Good location for business travelers, as it... More
