I stayed again at the Queen Margarette Hotel after a year. The staff is still very helpful and responsive. The room I got is comfortable. Since I'm in Quezon for work, my stay at QM helped me relax and recharge after a long day of work. The Spa at the hotel have good personnel. I felt secured at the hotel.... More

We have stayed there before our wedding last May 2014. We stayed on a Margarette Suite which is large enough to house guests and make up artists. The room has a big space and also have a sofa. There's a cabinet and personal ref also. The bed is big enough that can accommodate 3 persons. It also has a flatscreen... More

We stayed at their downtown branch, right in the middle of the city. It's a 5 to 10 minute walk to mercury, mcdonalds, jollibee, kfc and St. ferdinand cathedral. You need to ride a tricycle or jeep to reach sm or pacific mall. We took the deluxe room (2 beds). The rooms are standard. It is equipped with tv (local... More

I go to this hotel with my officemates always on business. At least in the three times I have come to Lucena City it was always just a place to sleep. This fourth and recent one however my office needed a big function room good for at least 85 people. By reputation I believe Queen Margarette would still be one... More

There aren’t too many reasons why you would travel four hours south of Manila to Lucena but travel we did and the Queen Margarette Hotel is the best hotel in town, well it’s not exactly in town as it’s about 5kms north of the city centre. Be prepared to hire a driver or catch local jeepneys to get around as... More

Their room service was pretty bad. The restaurants they have are not open 24/7, making it difficult if you want to eat something late at night. There are no convenience stores nearby and the location is out of the way if you need to buy something. We ordered food from one of their restaurants since we did not have a... More

Our team stays here when we have field work (during evening) in Lucena. We just need an affordable quiet place to sleep in the morning. The hotel is average. The rooms are outdated with small old CRT TV. The WiFi connection and internet has improved since our last stay in September, but still weak inside the our room. Cellphone coverage... More

The rooms were old and musty smelling, the bed was lumpy, the linen was not even fresh smelling. The room only had 2 sockets where you can charge your gadgets and are found behind the massive desk. Food at the restaurant was not delicious either, and was too expensive for how it looked and tasted like. The only saving grace... More

Been here several times to attend parties, seminars, to dine and lastly to stay in their hotel rooms. This used to be nice for its the largest in the province but has not been maintained well. The furnitures and interiors dont match and looks like cheap immitations of Victorian architecture. Gets too crowded when there are functions at the poolside... More

During my 2-day business trip in Quezon, this was the hotel recommended to me as noted Lucena's finest hotel to offer. Though the grandeur of the hotel facade, can tell that its been there for ages and needs some modern renovations. Though room we got was practical for a 2500/night for 2 person (you may opt a queen / 2... More
