Stayed for one night while visiting friends. This turned out to be one night too many. Nice welcome at checkin and room was nice and clean. There was a large wedding on, but our room was in another block to keep up separate which we appreciated. On arrival we were asked if we would like to swipe our card incase... More

We stayed one night and were well received by staff, the room was very nice but very hot at night - we recommend you use the electric fan provided in the wardrobe! more could be done with landscaping around the hotel which has mature oak trees and gorgeous views -current landscaping efforts are uninspiring - overall 7 out of 10

Whatever grade this hotel has achieved can not be current. This is not a 4 star hotel. I stayed for one night. The room was OK although incredibly dated. The noise from pipes/neighbouring room/boiler exploded in my room at just before 6am. There was no iron or ironing board. There was no welcome pack to tell me I needed to... More

Dear Guest Thank you for your recent review. We had our official AA audit in June and achieved a four star rating. We have, in 2014, had all of our bedrooms refurbished so I must disagree that they are dated. We will of course look into the noisy pipes, I can appreciate this would have detracted from a good nights... More

Currently in our second night in a premier room and the noise from a wedding is really bad the same as it was the previous night which kept us and our 4yr old daughter up till 1am. When we mentioned it the response was sorry but that's the way it is. If your a guest at a wedding you will... More

Stayed for two nights as my brother had his wedding here. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left the stay was faultless. Loverly hotel in loverly setting. The food was great both in the bar and at the wedding reception and the rooms also faultless . A wonderful stay and memories of a great wedding !

I was attending a function at the Mercure Bristol North The Grange Hotel and stayed the night before. I did request to change rooms to the quieter annex wing as the extraction fans close to the main house were right outside my first room. The annex rooms look out over the car park & are very quiet. Try and get... More

The hotel is in a nice quiet country location, great for relaxing between meetings. Staff were friendly. Evening meal and breakfast were very good, rooms a little dated but clean. Looked like a nice place to have a wedding

We were very delayed coming up from the West country, and were delighted to find this hotel, 5 minutes or so from the M4/M5 junction. The public rooms are in an older stone building, surrounded by lawns, with most rooms in a more (but not very) modern annexe. The room was large with an excellent bed and a perfectly OK... More
