We were disappointed with this place. The corridors were all badly marked and worn, the mattress was of very low quality, there were cobwebs in the room. Wireless internet didn't work (and we were not warned about this when we booked). Breakfast was OK, but overall it seemed very poor value for money. more

Visited relatives in the area and stayed two nights at the Coach & Horses on Kew Green. The staff were so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. stayed here for two nights,with our two kids in tow (3 and 5) very helpful and friendly staff. Stayed four nights while doing ancestry research at the National Archives. Features we liked: 1) no-smoking throughout hotel, including pub, 2) clean room, 3) friendly staff.
