Staff were very friendly but it was a pretty average hotel. Breakfast was fine - but nothing to write home about - Good proximity to the main centre - rooms were reasonable and bathrooms were tight. Have not been to Richmond before so dont know what to compare it with but average is a pretty fair review IMO.

We just completed our six night stay at the Richmond Inn and were quite satisfied by the quality of the hotel and the friendliness of the staff. The rooms we rented were very clean, the water pressure in the showers was excellent, there were blackout curtains that blocked out the early sunrise, and the neighborhood was safe, quiet and only... I stayed here because I was going to a wedding which was being held at the nearby Registry office. The Staff were very friendly and helpful and we could not fault them. They allowed us to leave our car there while we attended the wedding. The rooms were a little bit tired but because we were only stopping one night... More

Quite possibly worst hotel I have ever stayed in. After moving rooms at midnight due to infestation of fleas in our room we were woken with early morning phone call to move our vehicle. On check out receptionist requested we speak to the manager which thought full refund would be offered but to our total amazement we were asked to... More

This was our return visit to the hotel having enjoyed staying there previously. Rooms and en suite very comfortable, clean and spacious and ours at the rear of the building was particularly quiet. A good location for visiting London (less than 30mins to the city centre from the nearby Richmond Station by underground or, alternatively, a pleasant bus ride). The hotel... More

We had a nice stay at this hotel this weekend. Staff were very helpful, great to have free parking. The bed was so comfortable i fell straight to sleep. No nose, clean and tidy. Its a bit dated in decor but reasonable price for the location. Large bathroom with bath and shower. We decided to leave the breakfast as we... More

Great location. Great breakfast. Friendly service. The room was perfectly adequate. The bathroom was really, nice, which is more important than the room sometimes! Lots of sunlight. Comfy bed. No complaints. Good value. I'd stay here again.

Superficially a smart four* hotel, BUT.... only one chair in the bedroom, extra chair supplied on request. Only TWO tea bags provided, extra provided on request. * Two beds were pushed together to make one massive one. No problem with that but I had to GET OUT OF BED whenever I wanted to turn on/off the bedside light which for... More

On the west side of London, 10 kilometers from Heathrow and five minutes from the tube station of Richmond, this fairly small hotel offers all the basics. I stayed in a double room (#302), which was pretty nice and so was the bath room with the usual amenities. There is some traffic around but it will not bother you till... More

Stayed here for two nights for a rugby trip to Twickenham. The bedroom was really good with all the facilities expected. This friendly hotel has a tiny bar and lounge area which detracts, especially as it is an expensive hotel. There are a couple of good pubs across the road, the White Horse which does good roast dinners, and the... More
