Friendly staff, had American single en suite - clean, TV picture fuzzy but not what I came for anyway, bathroom v small - very small basin with loose hot water tap. Stayed one night £ 80 - double en suite with breakfast Negatives. Bed extremely hard, bathroom dirty, reception staff unpleasant/ unprofessional - eating toast/ drinking tea in the am whilst dealing with customers. No lift . Booked a 'basic' single room, which was very hot (opened window), but clean, comfortable bed and attractive decor.
