Booked room through bookings.com. On arrival informed no booking had been received from the website and furthermore that there were now no rooms available to rent. Were forced to haul our luggage from hotel to hotel looking for a place to stay. A romantic weekend away was ruined by the anxiety caused by this oversight. more
