My sister and I spent two days at the hotel and we had the most fantastic time. When we arrived at the hotel, our room was not ready so we left our luggage and went into Richmond for some lunch. The hotel is in a great position and within easy walking distance of the town either along the towpath or... More

From start to finish our stay was excellent, the room, the garden, location on the Thames. We were attending my sons graduation and needed a base to travel from and Richmond was a perfect place for family members to meet up. Great choice of restaurants and the walk along the Thames after breakfast was perfect. The staff were so helpful.... More

The stretch of The Thames that the Bingham overlooks is one of my favourite places in the world, and I am pretty certain the hotel is the best in Richmond. The rooms can be a bit dark but nice - the a/c is particularly useful in summer. Richmond hill/ park/ green are all within walking distance, as are ham house,... More

We had lunch at the Bingham following on from our daughters wedding on Friday. We had the most amazing service, particularly by Ricardo, but everyone made it such a special occasion and I am sure they will return every year on this anniversary. Nothing was too much trouble, they catered for our dietary needs [gluten and dairy free] with no fuss.... More

We married at the Bingham in 2003 and have been regular customers ever since. It is such a special place - romantic, chic, friendly and exquisite - I cannot recommend it highly enough. The rooms are sumptuous, the food delicious and the cocktails rather too moorish for a productive day afterwards! Such a special place for us - I'm sure... More

This was one of their event dinners - Dictador rum tasting with a sumptuous 5 course dinner, followed by a cigar. The service and food were excellent with the highlight being BBQ'd lobster. Pairing gin or rum with the meal was very interesting but less so the next morning! Great event food and drink. I was talked into going after... More

We stayed just one night at the Bingham prior to flying out for holidays from Gatwick. The hotel is superb! we have stayed here many times and the experience just gets better each time. The hotel is conveniently situated just outside the centre of Richmond. We had a superb evening meal with friends at Cote and then had lazy lunch... More

We attended a wedding at the Bingham and stayed one night. The wedding reception was superb with very good food and attentive service. Hopefully our party did not disturb the other guests! The hotel were flexible in giving us early access to our rooms and staff were all very helpful and friendly. The rooms are probably all different in size... More
