I stayed with my daughter for an Eminem concert. We had a lovely big twin en suite with good quality solid furniture and top grade towels and linen. Breakfast was tasty and the landlord is very welcoming with a lovely laugh. We will return

Stayed here with a friend. If you want a very different experience you need to try it! A quaint little Inn in a beautiful little village in England! Stayed one night and it was a great experience. The rooms are sufficient - we needed a clean room to spend one night and it wast! Beds, hot shower and they had... More

I was over charged two years ago without staying at the Hotel for three nights, although I cancel my booking after first night. I even went in person that day to speak with the manager We are still waiting to be refund for the last night two nights that you sold the room to someone else. Best regards Francisco S.I.

This is not a hotel but more B&B like. Pretty sure there is not a better bargain in town. Patrick and staff are super friendly and very accommodating. Great location for those who prefer to use public transportation. Accessible from Heathrow by tube and train with a 10 minute walk from station to Dukes Head. Heart of London is about... More

If I want to nit-pick, then I would have to say that the car parking facilities are minimal, maybe 4 cars comfortably, on a 1st come basis. On street parking is a no-go, but 100 yards walk along the side of the Duke, we found the Paradise Rd. multi-storey. There is no vehicular access from Grosvenor Rd., but just drive... More

With a selection of real ales at the bar, a realy friendly manageress, and rooms that were clean and smart, The Dukes head was perfect for our rugby weekend base-camp. We were looked after to a high standard, and the breakfast was very very good. The pub itself is a bit tired, but they are havind some work done at... More

Was very concerned after reading some of these reviews, but I tend to ignore the single reviewers. Yes, this should really be described as a B&B in a Pub and not a Hotel as it really is not up to hotel standards. Then again I knew I was booking into a pub so wasn't expecting a hotel. Yes, the outside... More

Stayed here in lieu of our normal B&B when on a trip to Twickenham. It was very reasonable and clearly very popular with Rugby fans who return time and time again. It is well situated in Richmond, the staff are very friendly, good beer and breakfast hit the spot. Probably not the most luxurious place ever put ideal for the prupose

The recent reviews of this hotel more accurately reflect our experience of this hotel. The location is great - within walking distance of the train station. The hotel advertises parking, but the car park is tiny, and we actually preferred to pay to park in the multi storey car park which is just around the corner and a 5 minute... More
