hindsight is a great thing, and I should have looked at the reviews before booking this hotel. I would NEVER, EVER, EVER recommend this hotel to anyone. we were booked in for 2 nights in this pigsty and had to pay up front, otherwise I would have sought alternative accommodation immediately. the bedroom was dusty and there were obvious cobwebs... I booked here a for a night, after looking at the state of the hotel and place i left 10 minutes after! The stair case was horrible! The room was dirty! The bed dirty! Everything dirty! Travelodge beats it by far.

I had to go and buy cleaning products and clean the disgustingly dirty room myself, the walls were never washed , under the sink and behind the heater was filthy , never been dusted, the bathroom had little insects crawling on the tiles, carpets dirty , graffiti on the window , filthy carpets. I got towels for the first couple of days... More

Stayed for one night. Easy to find, with off street parking, this hotel is very cheap for this area of London. The bedroom was fine, bed comfortable, although the room was very hot. The en suite bathroom was seriously in need of being refurbished, with mould, peeling paint and held together with filler. Shower water pressure is minimal, but the bath... More

I stayed at this hotel for 14 nights along with my mother and father in September/October to attend my sister's wedding. After reading all the bad reviews I was alarmed to stay there however I was surprised to find a very nice hotel and a wonderful helpful staff. My room was 55 pounds a night (Very cheap for the Richmond... More

Characterful town house accommodation. The cheapest price we found (at relatively short notice) by far, and a budget room was definitely no frills. That was fine - we only went there to sleep! It was clean, the bed was extremely comfortable and the breakfast was adequate, if basic. Location is brilliant - 200 meters from Richmond Station and Tube into... More

I recently had to organise a last minute corporate booking - 35 staff nights worth of accomodation, right in the middle of the Wimbledon Tennis tournament. The two managers, Ian and Sean could not have been more accomodating. They arranged everything from start to finish, looked after my guests extremely well, provided the very best of customer serivce and could... More

reading the recent reviews I managed my expectations...It is what it is...dated, refurbishment in progress so let's hope it gets better. Smelly carpet in the room, although clean, the noise if you're on the street side is quite loud, water pressure is hit and miss in the shower and the TV is a bit stamp size. Breakfast is very basic... More

We recently used the hotel as a base while attending a few gigs in London. Ok, it's not the Ritz or the Hilton but what it is, is good value for money. The room was clean, a reasonable size and good value. The breakfast was a little basic, but perfectly edible and the staff in general were some of the... More

Me and my partner stayed at Quinns Hotel as I was attending a gig at Twickenham Stadium. When we arrived at the hotel, we drove around to find the 'free guest parking' car park. The hotel was having some work done to it, so we didn't see the sign that directed us there. We resorted to finding a car parking... More
