I booked this hotel for family members when they were visiting the area. Admittedly I had no problem making the booking, and reconfirming it on the day. I know the Richmond area well and had see Quinns from the outside, a large Victorian House with a pretty ivy creeper on the outside. It looked perfectly respectable.
