I would agree that the reception staff are generally surly - there were not many smiles. Our room was very small - make sure you ask for a non-carpark facing room when you check in. Our room was quiet , but only when cars were not parking and the establishment next door was not emptying bottles into the recycling bin.... more

The free car park outside the hotel is welcomed and overall although a quick stay, was pleasant if not enjoyable. We stayed overnight to attend a friends wedding reception at the hotel. We booked room only through late bookings. I visited this hotel on a 2 day conference, the staff were very pleasent and professional, the meeting room was very comfortable, both flavour and presentation of food was excellent, my bedroom was clean and comfortable and free wi if at great speed was a real bonus. more
