I booked directly with the hotel and paid £40 more than if I had used Trip Advisor hotel links. I asked for and got the room upgraded because the hotel did not have the booking when we checked in. The location is delightful, near to Richmond Park and a taxi ride down into Richmond was easy. more

Stayed for 1 night at the Richmond Hill Hotel and had a great stay. The staff were really friendly and our request for extra pillows was dealt with immediately. We did not stay for dinner however breakfast the following morning was excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone choosing to stay in Richmond. more

Nice situation for a hotel and the rooms were OK. But the queue for the breakfast the next morning was unbelievable - people were waiting 30 minutes to get a table. Not what you expect at their prices, and cannot reccomend a stay here. more
