We booked a non-smoking room months in advance. Upon arrival, we were handed keys to a smoking room. It turned out the hotel had given our room to someone else. Booked 5 rooms and stayed with 9 friends. Excellent value, character hotel, ok the curtains didn't quite meet in our room and its near the A470 but neither were a problem.
