This hotel has both good and bad points. On the negative side the decor was dated. The rooms were very small. It was impossible for two people to pass at the end of the bed and there where no drawers so much of our clothes had to remain in our case. The ensuite was very small. And the shower needed... More

We only visited for a drink and sat in the bar area which is extremely dated and the furniture is dirty and worn. The staff were friendly but we noticed the wallpaper in the entrance wad circa 1978. I would not stay here although the location is excellent

Stayed at this hotel from 7th to 11th july 2014. Lovely staff. Couldnt do enough for you. Meals were always hot and plenty of choice including a choice of about 8 puddings. :) The entertainment was brilliant. The room was very spacious. Would really recommend this hotel. We were on a Travelstyle coach trip.

Paid £27 on late rooms for a double room. Lovely staff. Clean and comfortable room in a great location. Could have done without the kitchen staff discussing parsnips loudly at 8am mind you. Only three channels on the telly and a mouldy carpet in the bathroom but the bed was comfy and the coffee was a bonus. Fantastic for a... More
