hotel in desperate need of updating. room was small, bathroom small and dated. dodgy bed side lights, dodgy table with tea making facilities. the only good side was the friendly staff and the lovely view out to sea when outside the hotel. not worth the money i payed.

There are around 25 of us, and every year for the Wales v England rugby ( we are Welsh ) we have done this for approximately 9 years, and we have never had any problem whatsoever, the staff are so helpful, and nothing is ever too much trouble, and we intend carrying on this trip, and the same venue every... We recently went on a coach trip with National coaches, the holiday itself was fine and good value for money. However the Hotel particularly the bedrooms wre the worst i have ever stayed in, blanlets on beds like something from dads army. The bathroom had no shower unless youn count the plastic tube that you stuck on the taps while... More

The hotel was very comfortable, the staff are very friendly, the food good and plentiful and our room although small had everything we needed. The evening entertainment was good and the bar staff helpful. We were on a coach holiday with our local Community Association and would have no hesitation recommending the hotel to other coach parties.

Rude members of staff; moaning about paying guests, staff arguing in front of customers and being unprofessional. Breakfast is poor. Shower is box like and would not turn off for 2 hours. Member of staff told me to "sort myself out" as she didn't have time to deal with our problems with the room. Overall slack customer service and will... More

We booked this hotel on the spur of the moment to see the super tide this weekend. The main reason we booked here was the price and location. £50 for a night including breakfast is a steal however after reading these reviews I was prepared for the worse. The reception we had was fantastic, such a lovely friendly happy girl.... More

I have just returned from a 1 night stay at the seaward. We were staying there as a base as we were attending a function at the grand pier and for that purpose it was great. However, there is little else positive to report. The hotel is very, very dated. Nothing to upgrade this hotel has been done in years...or... More

An elderly relative of mine spent four nights at this hotel and I visited her three times. She spent £75.00 per night and although she booked it up months ago with various reasonable requests you might expect from an older guest (room with mobility access and bath, ground floor room, dietary requirements etc) although she was assured at the time... We stayed here for an overnight family stay with a child age 7 and one age 16. We enjoyed the food, basic but decent and set out nice, the staff were all friendly with us and the kids and the entertainment was funny and enjoyable. My daughter is hard to please being a teenager and he enjoyed the entertainment. We... More
