We booked in here for 1 night on our way up from a holiday in Newquay, and thank heavens it was only one night. We arrived to an elderly gentlemen sat at reception who mumbled something to us and walked off, we waited and waited and a young lady than appeared and we were shown to the door of our... More

Just returned from a night stay at the Sandringham We have stayed before and although it seems tired and in need of a good makeover the service was excellent again and the problem we had with the shower was sorted without any difficulty. The place is very central we had lovely view of the front and 24hour parking for £2... More

This hotel is looking very tired and in need of major refurbishment. We were there for two nights on the first night the room we were given had part of the ceiling was coming down over the door, the plaster around the window was falling off and there were holes in the bed sheets. I complained and we were given... More

Stayed here last week for a night, and it is by no means fancy, but it is clean and staff are friendly. The breakfast was cooked to order and of good quality - so overall I would say it is good value for money for a seafront hotel

On the whole the hotel was fine,we were on the fourth floor and over looking the pier and sands, the room was clean and comfy, only one draw back, there was no window in the small bathroom and no extractor fan either. The dining room was nice and big but, we found that some of the staff were over familiar... More

I booked in last minute just for the weekend, it was cheap and if I'm honest I expected it to be a bit of a dive but I was pleasantly suprised, it's an old hotel with character, it was clean, right on the sea front and the staff were all lovely, next time I'm back in Weston this will be... More

We found it to be a nice clean hotel, and situated right on the front. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was good (breakfast and evening meal) we booked half board. Incredible value for the price. Our room was small, a single really with a double bed, but the bed was comfy and there was everything you could... More

Just returned from a 4 night stay here with my frail elderly parents - and clearly this is a time of year when they have many elderly guests. Our rooms were in the refurbished part of the hotel and were excellent - nicely decorated, very clean and with nice comfortable beds. The food in the restaurant was plentiful and the menu... More

This is probably the most bitterseet review I've written. Stayed for 2 nights and, never having been to Weston-super-Mare, didn't realize how closely the Sandringham matches the town: old, mostly behind the times, but with a multitude of charms not often found. First, the negatives: An old lift akin to a freight elevator where two gates must be closed upon... More
