Stayed her with wife and daughter (18m.o.). Really pleased with how nice it was (we had an en suite bedroom). We had Freeview TV and Wi-fi in the room. Included breakfast was very nice - choice of cereals and Full English. Great for the price! Landlady was friendly and helpful. About ten mins walk to the seafront.

“Exceptionally clean and comfortable”

A warm welcome in every respect, Excellent breakfast cooked to order with a choice of cereal and fruit juice tea and coffee. Spotlessly clean and tidy, with a comfortable bed and quiet location shower room and toilet next door to our room. Would recomend this B&B and would definitely come back if we returned.

I stayed here and it was just wonderful, the services was excellent and the owners were very helpful. I havent got anything bad to say, and I'll be staying here again, thats for sure!

we stayed for 2 nights at the kenilworth on our way to devon. the guest house was all the web site said - clean and airy ane the breakfast was very good. we'll stay there again.
