Pleasant setting, nice clean rooms well decorated and furnished. Pity this was spoiled by the unwelcoming and suspicious behaviour of the proprietor who it seems is happy to take your money but would prefer you not to stay there. One to avoid.

Stopped at the Fernlea for 1 night wish it had been longer, A beautifully decorated Guest house, very clean and homely. Made very welcome by James and Vanessa, Excellent Breakfast all you could wish for to start your day. Will be coming back here again some day.
