We decided to revisit this hotel for lunch as we had eaten there on a number of occasions in the past. We found that the selection of lunchtime dishes was wide enough to cater for most tastes. The food was well cooked and nicely presented. The service was good Andy staff helpful. It is generally better to reserve your table... More

Located 15 miles from Aberdeen do not let this put you off. The hotel is immaculately clean. The rooms are large and comfortable. The food us fantastic with great service. Open fire in the bar makes for a relaxing time. Will definitely stay again and would highly recommend.

I attended a college reunion (25 years) at Tor-na-Coille in November 2014. I can honestly say that the venue was superb. A lovely, small hotel where the staff and management went to great lengths to ensure that we had everything we needed. The rooms were comfortable, warm and quiet. Id recommend this hotel for a weekend break or a get... More

I booked this hotel for my boyfriend and I, one weekend in July. I found a very good deal online for a deluxe double room and we were completely blown away with the room we received. The room itself was very well presented and extremely spacious, the bed was huge and very comfy. All appliances were working and on good... More

We booked here at the last minute when bad weather caused us to change route. Imagine our delight when we pulled up to Tor-Na-Coille. The property is stunning, the staff exceptional, and the rooms remarkable. The breakfasts were excellent. This was a delightful place to enjoy holiday cheer while the 2014 Weather Bomb raged. We would love to come back... More

We had the pleasure of staying at the hotel to attend a friends wedding. We are from the beautiful Deeside area and have not had reason to stay except for the wedding. What a good excuse!! The service was wonderful and the rooms were clean, beautifully decorated and comfortable. Will happy recommend any family visiting the area to stay a... More

The kind of place that made working away from home worthwhile. Delicious food and pleasant, helpful staff. The cheerful lady serving breakfast did help by starting the day with a smile. Bedroom and bathroom were spacious, warm and well decorated. Impressive trees framed the view even on grey days. Nice walks within a few minutes of the hotel if you... More

I stayed here over a weekend for a friend's wedding, Friday afternoon to Sunday morning. I have to say first and foremost, the staff were truly excellent, from the senior management to reception staff, to the chambermaids, ever courteous and polite and nothing was ever too much trouble for them. The food was excellent with a wonderful range of choices,... More

Held our university reunion here and can't fault the hotel. The food was excellent, the bedrooms beautiful and lounge bar cosy. The staff couldn't have been more helpful despite 30 of us taking over the hotel! Highly recommended for couples, groups and small weddings.
