I made my reservation on booking.com and arrived at the hotel soon after to warm welcome and a comfortable room to crash out in, the bar area is nice spot with good food on offer which was only bettered by the delicious breakfast I had the following morning.

We have just returned from a 2 night stay at the Clandeboye Lodge Hotel. The staff were ALL outstanding, so friendly, helpful and polite - nothing was too much trouble. The food is fantastic - mouth watering scones and jam and cream and the restaurant chic and true brasserie style. Our room was very modern and comfortable with a great... More

We had not planned to call in, but very glad we did! We stayed 1 night last year and were aware the restaurant was being refurbished. Loved the look of the new restaurant Coq and Bull. The turquoise chairs contrast really well with the rest of the decor. The staff were friendly and had a nice chat about the recent... More

I'm in Bangor on a regular basis for business purposes and stay here as a matter of first choice. It ticks most of the boxes as far as I'm concerned. Practical well fitted and very clean comfortable bed rooms. Value for money on a B&B basis with fab breakfast offerings, fresh fruit, health drinks or the full Irish. The restaurant... More

The Clandeboye Lodge never fails to deliver. I have been going there for years for meals and various special occasions, so I had no doubt whatsoever that it would be the perfect choice of venue for my wedding reception. Throughout the whole planning process the events team were friendly, helpful and extremely knowledgable. They were always prompt at responding to... More

Tonight I enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere of the newly refurbished Clandeboye Lodge's restaurant called the Cock and Bull. The ambiance and decor are stylish, relaxed and very comfortable. The furnishings are very tastefull and obviously a lot of thought has gone into the whole surroundings. We were a group of older school friends who meet up yearly to catchup and... More

Attended a wedding on Sunday and had a fantastic experience from everything to the venue, food, service and attention to detail by the staff. I would have no hesitation in recommending this Hotel for a wedding but also a short stay or casual meal.

This hotel has a beautiful setting for a wedding. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. The new build adds to the hotel and settings making everything feel new and fresh. Ian Smith was absolutely amazing in helping and preparing us for our big day. He helped me get through my preparations but also Made our day go smoothly.... More

Had lunch at the hotel's Coq & Bull restaurant earlier this week with a couple of friends, having heard some good reports about the place and I have to say we were not disappointed. The whole place seems to have had a major makeover and the decor has a very modern sophisticated look but still retains an extremely friendly atmosphere.... More
