First of all I'm shocked by all the good reviews, my stay was far from that! The house is freezing and we pretty much had to beg to get the heating turned on. We even had to wear coats to breakfast! There is no wifi as advertised. I do not recommend at all. Note to owner- In the middle of... More

We went here with a group and stayed 2 nights. I myself asked for a single room having an awful habit of snoring. My room was spotless clean, decent size for a single en-suit room. Surprised to read that some of you had dirty rooms. We stayed in 4 rooms in total and all were clean. My single had shower,... More

We stayed here last night rather than face a long journey home after attending a wedding in the area. We stayed in a family room and I must say that I cannot find anything bad to say. The house is a lovely old style with high celings and is kept very clean and well maintained. Beds were extremely comfy -... More

We were deeply shocked upon reading this review, and feel that it may have been posted for ulterior reasons than those mentioned in the review itself. Upon check out and indeed during your stay you did not indicate any dissatisfaction, so we were unaware of the issues until we saw this review. You mentioned the room at the back of... More

A really comfortable place to stay. Jenny, the manager is a star. The house is very well situated and the breakfast will set you up for the day. The house is as close you can get to being the perfect place to stay when visiting Bangor. I very much recommend it. Thanks for the great hospitality ---- Anthony & Dawn.

A very nice and comfortable place to stay. The house is near to the train station. The service is excellent and Jenny is friendly and her cooking is great. Minor problem though as they turn off the heater around ten, as it would be great if they can keep it on longer. Overall the place is great and i will... More

We booked Ennislare last minute over the phone with Jenny the manager after a recommendation from family who live in the area! We arrived and received nothing but warm and friendly vibes! Breakfast was soooo good and a later check out was arranged for us too! Only 5 minute walk from train station...if your visiting belfast for the weekend and... More

The rooms were at a higher standard than expected for such a low price. Amazing breakfast service and a truly lovely experience. Our first time trying potato bread was not let down by the lovely breakfast. We would definitely stay here again on a return visit to bangor as it successfully fulfilled our needs and more
