Stayed for one night on the upper floor of this hotel. Good view over marina. The hotel is well situated for walking around Bangor and parking was easy. Some areas of the hotel are a little tired but in general it is well kept. Our room was clean and had everything necessary, including a well stocked tea tray! There was... More

Nice place very central to everywhere. The hotel is a bit dated but overall it was a nice place. We had a two course meal and the food was delicious especially the muscles. Staff were friendly and the serve ur self breakfast was good. Will be back. £130 for nite stay for two and two course meal was good value.

Visited the Sunday Carvery last week for lunch - what an amazing spread. The choice of food, presentation and attention to detail was 5 star quality. It is exceptional value for money and there is choice to suit everyone's taste. The food is excellent quality and cooked to a great standard. Well done to the Management, the Head Chef and... More

I stayed at the Marine Court for one night on business. Very pleased with the room (401). Very welcoming, large room. Very large, comfy bed. Good facilities, large bathroom, dressing table and mirrors. I stayed on a night where the weather was absolutely awful so I didn't venture out of the room. The tv had a good selection of free... The staff at hotel are all fab couldn't do enough for us, special mention to Karen and Graham who made sure everything went to plan and it really did. We had a department night out at the marine court on Saturday 29th December. Safe to say it was the worst Christmas party iv ever been at. Absolutely terrible doesn't come close and a complete waste of money. Firstly the staff, door staff very pleasant as well as bar staff. However serving staff and waitresses all extremely rude. No please... More

We stayed here for my Mums Birthday. We enjoyed two nights in the Executive room 401. Sea view was beautiful and the room was clean and spacious. Hairdryer, tv, iron and ironing board and great hospitality tray. The bathroom was a little dated but clean and nice toiletries provided. All the staff met were very courteous and helpful. Especially the... More

We booked this break for my husband's birthday. We stayed in the Abbey suite which was very comfortable and spacious. The break was very reasonable and the cooked breakfasts were very tasty and a decent size. The best characteristic of this hotel is their staff, right from the receptionist to the barman and the hugely friendly waiters. The corridors are... More

I have never written a review before but feel compelled to in this case. Booked this for a night away for husband's birthday. I knew as soon as we walked in it was going to be disappointing. Unattractive fake fireplace in what should be an appealing reception. Worn carpet with stains, corridors too gray and dark, brasses on the doors... More

Stayed here for 4 nights recently. Pros first - lovely hotel, spotlessly clean, plenty of hot water in rooms, free parking at rear of hotel and good location. Breakfast was the usual cereals, fruits, yogurts, juice, danish pastries etc, but also included was a choice of full cooked breakfast options which were all freshly cooked to order. Had a tour...
