Stayed here while attending a wedding. The room was old fashioned but clean and comfortable. The restaurant and bar area was nice and had a good atmosphere and the cocktails were delish. Went for Sunday Lunch, Roasts and the steak pie were excellent. Puddings also spot on. Great value for money. Only thing that disappointed was the Latte tasted of milk rather than coffee - and the waitress' attempt at pronouncing the beverage reminded me of Eliza in My Fair Lady !

Visited for first time and was very very disappointed, poorly trained staff. Food was ok but nothing special. Staff were quite rude and we had to wait over 30 minutes for our plates to be cleared after main course.
