Everything about this holiday was wonderful. The location is beautiful, the flat (Upper Deck) was so comfortable, equipped to a high standard and with a stunning view. Jules was extremely helpful, allowing us to rearrange when we had a family illness. We went for a week and ended up staying a couple more days, which says it all. Holiday heaven!... More

Stayed for two nights (6th and 7th April) in the Lower Deck. Even before we arrived Jules had emailed full confirmation of the booking and provided contact details of some recommended places to eat in Aberdovey. Jules also recommended a couple of pubs where I may be able to watch the Heineken cup rugby. The Lower deck is a good... More

My elderly mother and I were delighted with The Lookout - we stayed four nights in the Lower Deck and could not have wished for a better place to stay. My mother has limited mobility so she particularly enjoyed the stunning view from the bay window and she found the layout of the open plan room very convenient and easy... More

My wife and I stayed for two nights in the top apartment called the Crow's Nest overlooking the estuary. We had a great time. Jules provided a warm welcome and also plenty of advice regarding places to eat. The apartment is beautifully decorated and kitted out with everything you could need for a great stay. The views from the apartment... More

We have just returned from a four night stay in the Crow's Nest at The Lookout and what a fabulous time we have had. The apartment was beautiful and our son especially enjoyed his own "den". The views were amazing, and it was lovely to relax looking out to sea. Couldn't wish for a better location with everything that we... More

Having stayed in many different places in Aberdyfi over the last 42 years I am still in awe of the views! Especially, when you wake up and can look out over the estuary from the large bed and see the sun rise shining on the water. My partner and 15 year old daughter stayed in the Crows Nest for 3... I stayed in the Upper Deck for one week over the Easter holidays - it met and exceeded expectations based on previous customer reviews. As a runner and lover of good food, Jules directed me to great places to run (he and his family have trekked most of the area) and plenty of fantastic restaurants (near and slightly further afield).... I read the great reviews and felt reassured about going ahead and booking a couple of nights for my partner's birthday. The location's fantastic (great views and an amazing beach!), parking's a breeze, everything you need a brief walk away. Our stay in The Lower Deck was a pleasure - it's modern, spacious, very well designed, comfortable (including very responsive... More
