Good location - about a minute walk from sevenoaks train station. Very basic single room. You also have to pay to park! Payed £5 extra for breakkfast one morning which was good value but a bit greasy. Central heating system made alot of noise especially during the night. Everything we needed in a home base without an exorbitant price tag. Good clean warm room, effective bathroom, friendly service, nice breakfast etc. We had intended to move on, but extended twice as it was so comfortable to come home to.

Yes, it's basic, but clean, comfortable and warm, with a very friendly and helpful staff. If you just want "Travelodge" style accommodation, then this place is fine. Our annexe room in the garden was quiet, clean and warm. The beds were comfortable. Us two ladies from Dover only stayed one night, but we wished it was longer! Stones throw from the station, Sevenoaks is a lovely town and the Moorings hotel was cosy, warm, welcoming and friendly. Big kettle in room! Cant fault it!
