“Good location”

Stayed here mid-week as I was working in Sevenoaks. The hotel is on the main road through Sevenoaks and the shops are within easy walking distance. The hotel car park is behind the hotel - the entrance to which is a narrow driveway alongside the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable.

“Not worth the money”

I stayed in this hotel the last weekend with my girl friend for the Seven Oaks Triathlon. The first room we stayed in smelt of old smoke and was in very bad condition. We talked to the receptionist and they were very kind in sorting out another room that smelled a lot better and was in a little better state.... More

We have stayed here now once a year for six years and it has not improved. We stay here because we visit family nearby and it is convenient, and by the time the year has gone we have forgotten how we found so many things wrong with the hotel/service/food. “Family Get together”

My family had another get together last Saturday at the Royal Oak and it was enjoyed by all 25 of us. The staff was really friendly they couldn't have been more helpful, the food was lovely especially the breakfast and our rooms were great. Hope to see you again next year.

“Good quality needs attention to room decor”

Overall very pleasant and clean place. Bathroom needs decorating ceiling hanging down. Left early so cant comment on breakfast and was late booking in so missed evening meals. Rooms are a good size tv good quality plenty channels
