Fantastic hotel with a manager who made us feel very welcome and couldn't do enough to make us feel welcome. Lovely clean room, friendly atmosphere and a cracking breakfast as well. The new management has really improved things since our last visit in the Summer and we will certainly be back again soon!

Just spent 1 night here, and had a lovely nights sleep. The sat nav guided us to the front of the hotel, however the car park is at the rear of the property - first left after hotel, then first left again. Booked room on B&B rate but added the 3 course meal on arrival for just under £10. The... More

The first thing i must say is that there are two hotels within a 30 second drive of each other that share the same name. We made the big mistake of going to the first hotel, whom where quite rude, and did not offer any help. Once we arrived at the correct hotel on the promenade, we where met with... More

I was there at the weekend and I was made welcome by a young girl. Tisha her name was. She was really polite and very helpful. While I was outside I was not happy to hear the manager shout at the young girl saying she was getting a verbalp warning for leaving early the Saturday morning. Once back inside the... More

Booked via bookings.com - usually their hotels are satisfactory and above. We booked 6 days in advance - we had decided to stay overnight after dropping-off our son at Lancaster University and all hotels in Lancaster had been fully booked. I wish I had looked at Trip Advisor before booking! We were allocated a pokey little room on the ground... More

The experience at this event at the Hotel left a lot to be desired from bad food and diabolical service left a great deal to be desired. The mistake I made was not to complain about the restaurants problems until the next morning(What a fool I was),I was informed that it was too late. However they did give a refund £50... More

Myself and my friend stayed here in room 5 for the Morecambe vintage weekend event. We arrived early - about 3 hours before check in, hoping to be able to leave our bags in our room and head out. The very friendly chap checked our room and said as it was ready, we could have full use - briliant! He... More

We arrived at 3 and the rooms were not ready so we waited about half an hour and we had paid 95 pound for bed, breakfast and a evening meal. We were told dinner was 5.30 to 6.30. We arrived in our room eventually to find the room right at the back of hotel. We were shocked , it was... More
