Stayed here for 2 nights. Were greeted on check in by a lady who was not very friendly - only interested in taking the payment and no other talk was made - wasn't very helpful in assisting us with local irections either. To say the room is dated is a bit of an understatement, the room was grim! Bedding was... More

We stayed for two nights. The owner was extremely helpful and it was nice to have a menu for breakfast and for it to be cooked and tailored to personal taste. No problems at all. Sea view was fantastic. Only 15/20 minute walk to the centre of Morecambe. Retro, kitsch rooms all individually decorated. It's not the most modern B... More

We stayed for one night, all I can say is that it was clean, but dated and scruffy rooms with no facilities to speak of and shower was at best a dribble. Had to pay before we got the key to the room. Breakfast was OK.

There are some really bad reviews for St Winifred's - I think those people put this hotel against unfair standards. This is not a flawless hotel in comparison to others, but we had a brilliant stay and I left in such a high mood as a result of the stay. The care has been put into the details, not into... More

Don't stay here!!! The room is awful. The hotel is awful. There is no TV. There are no tea and coffee facilities. No sheets on the bed...we were given sheets to make our own beds when we asked. No towels either. Mould on the shower curtain. The guy on reception was friendly but that's the only good thing I can... More

We stayed here for the vfm pre season warm up scooter rally, the hotel is in a pretty good spot on the front overlooking the bay! The hotel itself could do with an update or two.. but having said that, for the money it wasn't all that bad! I would stay here again if I needed to plonk my head... More

30 year old or so carpets. Partly ripped. Rubbish in stairs. Bathrooms and beds similar. Really didn't feel good. Breakfast starts at 9 on a weekday. Nothing much good to say about it. Sea views are nice but can be enjoyed from cleaner place.
