The hotel was immaculately clean. The bedroom though small was comfortable. Tv and coffee making facilities in the room. Good shower. Breakfast was excellent, special dietary requirements were catered for. The owners are very friendly and helpful.

Overall the hotel was fine,very much like any bed and breakfast (because that was really all it was) in a Northern, rundown ,seaside resort.
