Our double ensuite room was clean and light, with tea making facilities, small TV etc.. The reception was friendly, and the hotel has a shared ounge and a pool room downstairs. The location is a short walk from the seafront and about 1km from the town centre.

Room was ok, clean and comfortable and ensuite, and hotel was quiet. We stayed for one night as we were in Morecambe for the beer fest. Not fancy and no breakfast but ok for the money. Late check in tho at 4pm and early check out at 10am.

Stayed overnight due to Friends Wedding. Bedroom was clean, beds were comfy, 1 double bed, 2 single beds, we didn't have breakfast so can't comment on that. Lovely and quiet room. Would recommend. Close to the front and short walk from Frankie and Benny's, KFC and Carvery. Didn't use the lounge, bar etc, looked clean and well kept. Owners very... More

Another wonderful stay at this family run hotel. The owners and other guests even helped us celebrate my Great Aunt's 82nd birthday! As usual, the hotel was immaculately clean, well decorated, warm and friendly. We still maintain that we would go back just for the breakfast and the fantastic family running the place. Our last review was very detailed, the... More

What a gem! Booked a night for us and daughter graduating from Lancaster Uni and read the other reviews with interest. What a super stay! The rooms were the cleanest and sinks the whitest I have seen for a long time! The owners are welcoming and charming and our daughter had a twin room whilst we slept on the top... More

Myself and 4 friends stayed here for 2 nights in Dec 2007.The Hotel was spotless and the Staff who are mostly family members were absolutely superb. Being mid winter the usual maintenance and refurbishments were under way but they did not at all spoil the enjoyment of the stay. The rooms were clean, warm and very comfortable. Its quiet location even... More

The hotel was immaculately clean. The bedroom though small was comfortable. Tv and coffee making facilities in the room. Good shower. Breakfast was excellent, special dietary requirements were catered for. The owners are very friendly and helpful.
