Just booked the 2 nights but could of stayed longer, my single en-suite room (8 with sea view) had everything you could need for a comfy stay. The best part being the view and the comfy chair with which to sit and gaze out at it! Breakfast was excellent and set me up almost till tea-time, I especially enjoyed the... More

On Arrival, we were greeted by Alex who helped with the cases and showed us to Room 3 ('the best room in the house'). What a view. Our room overlooked the bay and really... More

We have now stayed at the Broadwater twice and have had the same room each time (room 6). We love the fairtrade and green ethos Alec and Jean have which is evident throughout the guest house. fairtrade teas, coffees, local suppliers for foodstuffs and bee kind toiletries are prominent. Our room had a small fridge, wine glasses and a corkscrew... More

We were away on a footy weekend. What a great little find. Jean and Ales were the perfect hosts. Bed was really comfy, nice clean room. Breakfast lived up to its expectations , hearty tasty and filling. We will be staying again, missing the wonderful views out of the large bay window already.

This is our third stay at the Broadwater and as usual it impressed. The rooms are tasteful and spotless. The beds are comfy with crisp white linen. No noise from.within the hotel makes a good nights sleep. The hosts Alex and Jean are welcoming, friendly and professional and the price is good. The crowning glory is the lovely breakfast served... It has just about everything you could possibly need as well as those things you didn't realise you needed - proper wine glasses, coat pegs and a fridge. Came up to Morecombe for footie trip with friends. The Broadwater was recommended to us by a previous customer. A litle gem of a place. Little touches make the place above average. Wine glasses, small fridge, bottle opener, awesome hot showers. Very hearty breakfast with a good choice of options if you don't want the full monty. Alex and Jean... More

What more can I say about this place, It was fantastic, The decor is a little tired, (being worked on as we speak) but the beds are awesome, the view...Is AWESOME! Its the little things that set this place apart from its competitors! The room had binoculars, glasses, and A BOTTLE OPENER! Small details like that define a quality residence... More
