Sea-view rooms, breakfast room and Lounge overlook Morecambe Bay to the Lake District Mountains beyond. So it has been a while since my mate and I stayed here as we toured around the Lake District on our bikes. I have not had such a warm welcome at a B&B before. For some reason 'The WIlmslow' is only rated as a 3* AA rated establishment ! This B and B was immaculate. The bathroom looked brand new and was spotless with very soft towels. Very welcoming hosts and very helpful.We had a lovely freshly cooked breakfast and nothing was too much trouble. I would recommend this B and B.
