Excellent service & attention. Well located near to seafront south of ex frontierland On street parking can be difficult at busy times Room recently redecorated & tidy but cramped (advised on website & by Lesley owner) Breakfast a little regimented. good coffee Good ambiance more

A very warm welcome on arrival by both Rob and Lesley, room was spotless and very comfortable, service was exellent and cant be faulted! Parking was also very easy, I would certainly return to this B&B again without hesitation. Fantastic value for money. (Iain) more

this B&B is spotlessly clean, beds are comfortable, foods excellent and Leslie who runs it goes out of her way to make you feel at home. Cup of tea on arrival, escorted to room and everything explained, she even downloaded train times to Lancaster for us! Morecambe is just getting itself back on track and we enjoyed our stay immensely more

We stayed in this B&B for 3 nights at the beginning of September and we weren't disappointed. Before leaving, Lesley (one of the owners) called us to say that she wouldn't be there when we arrived, but her husband (Rob...the other owner!) would be. we were on a cycling weekend, Morecambe and lancaster are fabulous for less able, family, or easy cyclists the paths are numerous and FLAT!!!!! It is best to be there,then find out for yourself.That this establishment is 1 of the best in this location. Not many people know about the pleasure of Morecambe. Guess what???...Just do it!!!!! more

I recently stopped with my elderly father. The hosts were very accomodating and actually changed our allocated room for my father as he had a little trouble with the stairs ( thank you Lesley). visited Morecambe for a family funeral, found hosts most sympathetic for our needs very friendly and easy to get on with, in fact by the time we left felt as if wev`e known them forever. I had forgotten about friendly B&B welcomes, it is very different from a hotel, personal greetings, introductions, nice touches ! A good location, only a few minutes from the sea front. Each time we visit the Sealynn the owners Lesley and Rob have improved it. The decoration and the new bathrooms are lovely.
