We had a three night stay at the hotel just after it was fully refurbished in fact carpet offcuts were still in the skip. So the decor was perfect. Unfortunately televisions had been removed from rooms as the electrician had removed all aerial connections a problem which should now be resolved. My Wife and myself have just got back from white horse farm hotel. If you want good food, Good wine and of corse beer where the veiws are to die for then you must go and stay there, Dogs are made welcome at this hotel and they can stay in your room as well, not many hotels are dog freindly.... more

We read a travel article in a national newspaper( The Daily Telegraph ) about the area and decided to visit. The White Horse Farm Hotel seemed a nice place to stay and so it proved to be. Just returned from a four night stay in this hotel. Although it could do with a bit of decorative updating I can thoroughly recommend it. The views from the very large, comfortable bedrooms are wonderful and the excellent food more than compensates for the need for decoration. Would like to go back to see what changes the new owners make. more
