We stayed in the cottage and found this accommodation absolutely fantastic. Located near Pickering Fairfield Farm was an excellent base to visit local sites, be that Whitby and the coast or venture to the National Park for walks, bike riding and just enjoying this lovely part of England. Liz and Steve are the loveliest, generous hosts that make you feel... More

Tucked away but just minutes from the main road past Dalby Forest, Farfields Farm is a real find. The room was comfortable with lots of thoughtful touches like real milk in our own little fridge. The shower was fantastic and the bathroom was warm and spacious. Liz is such a lovely welcoming hostess, and my grandson gave the hearty farmhouse... More

It was an absolute joy to stay on the farm, such was welcome from Liz and the quality of the barns and the breakfasts. We stayed to go to a mountain bike race in Dalby Forest and ride the trails and Farfields is only a couple of miles down the road from it. I can't recommend it highly enough. Stewart

Wonderful spot to stay with Liz being so friendly from the moment you start the booking process, to when you arrive and at breakfast. Nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. If you want a table booking at the local (fox and rabbit), Liz can arrange and its not too much trouble. The breakfasts are... More

I have stayed at Farfields Farm with Liz and Steve for three years in a row on walking and railway breaks. The atmosphere and warmth you feel when you are there are second to none. Liz's attention to detail coupled with an attitude that nothing is to much trouble will make you want to return time after time. Rooms are spotless... More

My daughter and I recently stayed at Farfields Farm for 4 nights. We were made to feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room was spotless and extremely comfortable and a lot of thought had obviously been put into providing all the little extras that we might need. The breakfasts were delicious with lots of choice and we were... More

We recently stayed at Farfields Farm Bed and Breakfast for night on our way to Edinburgh. Although we only wanted to stay for one night Liz and Steve made us most welcome. The room was spotless and breakfast to die for. We would most definitely recommend staying here and would certainly return for a longer break. The local pub (... More

We received a very warm welcome from Liz and Jess the dog. We were shown to a clean and tidy well appointed twin room with good sized en-suite. WiFi worked well and there was a TV. Bottled water, biscuits tea & coffee all in the room. Beds were comfy and as the farm is away from roads, a quiet nights... More
