Superb B&B in a great location. Great as a base for visiting Pickering and the local area. Within easy walking distance of the town. 15 minutes to Dalby forest by car. Brenda made us very welcome. We will definitely be going back.

We were made very welcome and had a comfortable stay at Laurel Bank. There is limited off road parking but plenty of room in the street. It is a short walk to the North York Moors rail station and the town centre.

We stayed with Brenda for 2 nights. The location was great as it is only 10-15min drive to Dalby Forest, a must if you like mountain biking or trail running/walking (ignore the sat nav directions and just follow the signs) and a short walk into the town of Pickering for dinner. The house is very warm and the accommodation very... More

The owner Brenda made me most welcome. There is easy parking on site. Very good location within easy walking distance of town, restaurants, pubs, and station. Good sized room, comfortable bed and chairs, fast wifi. Excellent breakfast, with quiet Radio 4, and thank goodness no breakfast TV.

Warm welcome from Brenda who owns the place had the full English breakfast both mornings which was nicely presented using local fresh produce- something I prefer. Had a lovely... More

We were very happy to stay with the hostess for the two days that we were there and she was very welcoming and it was like being in a 4 star hotel. We would definitely go back. The place was quiet as well
