Just returned from a 2 day stay and had a lovely time. Nice friendly welcome, lodges are well kept and fully equipped with everything you will need. Beautifully maintained gardens and play area for the kids. Bbq area for each lodge, although didn't get the chance to use it as the weather wasn't great. Fish and chip van visited on... More

Lovely stay at these lodges over the weekend already talking about going back very clean. Lodges warm and cosy. Will definitely book for the summer. And dog friendly. The weather was abit rubbish but that didn't stop us going out. Family run business who couldn't do enough for us. Xx

Back again to these amazing lodges, can't stay away. No matter what time of year, you can always be sure of breathtaking scenery and the warmest of welcomes from the lovely owners. All the lodges are absolutely immaculate and the grounds beautifully kept. If you want a relaxing, magical holiday - Rockland's has it all. Already looking at when I... More

My partner was looking at a place to saty for a couple of days during the week to spend some time away from the rat race and was lucky to book a studio lodge. We arrived not expecting much, but what a nice little place, the lodge had everything we needed, good double bed, great shower room with power shower,... More

My wife and I recently stayed with our 10 month old daughter for a two night break. The owners/staff were really friendly and have thought of everything for an enjoyable stay - there is a small children's play area that also has a rabbit enclosure and you can also borrow a DVD from reception. The lodge was very clean and... More

We stayed at Rocklands Lodges over Easter and it was a lovely, chilled break. Our lodge was a studio lodge and I found it rather small but with plenty to do in the area, it was not a big issue as we were only in the accommodation at night. The owners should be proud of the efforts they have made... More

This is our 3rd visit to Roclands Lodges and I would highly recommend it to others. Lovely owners and a variety of activities for children to do. Will be returning in the late summer :) Many thanks...

Stayed here with 12 friends and the owners kindly accommodated us in 3 lodges. The entrance to the grounds were quirky and the lodges were very comfortable. On arrival I received a card as it was my birthday which was a lovely touch from the owners. Would definitely recommend to others.

We stayed in no.15 lodge and it was a great size with all amenities available. It was over Easter so the owners kindly left us some Easter eggs and card which was a lovely welcome! We could also borrow DVD's and they offered lovely jams and eggs all homemade to buy. We loved the area, wish the village was a... More
