Stayed 2 nights, delicious cake on arrival, Debbie went out of her way to make our stay enjoyable. Beautifully clean, quiet and yet only 5 mins walk to Pickering. Breakfasts were excellent, served in the conservatory watching the birds and squirrels. We will be back, thank you Debbie.

The best B & B we have ever experienced but one which has spoilt us for staying anywhere else. Stayed 3 nights at Ashfield House. Very easy to park on guest car park( a bonus in Pickering). Debbie gave us a very warm welcome with tea & Delicious lemon cake.
