Nicole and Mark are the nicest couple you could meet. We have stayed here previously and I'm glad to say it has not changed. The Hotel is spotlessly clean, the breakfast is delicious, good variety, fresh and always piping hot. Our room had a lovely sea view. Nicole and Mark always give excellent advice on any issues you ask advice... More

On arrival we recieved from Nicole, an in depth introduction to the area and what proved to be excellent advice as to the eating establishments in the town. Our case was taken up by Colin to our lovely sea view room from which we were able to see the sunrise over the Gower each morning. Breakfasts were superb and any... More

We arrived for a short break 3 days ago and were given such a lovely welcome by the owner, Nicole. She gave us lots of information about the area and places to visit as well as recommendations for evening meals. Our room had a sea view and was lovely and airy with plenty of storage space as well as room... More

I cannot praise Woodlands high enough. I was accompanied by elderly parents, 90 year old, and the service support and consideration we all received is superb. My elderly parents have a beautiful room with a large bay window overlooking the sea. They have a small table and two chairs in the window and enjoy many hours of playing cards and... More

Absolutely fantastic is the only way we can describe our 4 night stay. Welcoming, spotlessly clean, good location, amazing coastal walks , beautiful beaches & resonable bar prices. Breakfast is outstanding. We would definitely recommend.

Mark and Nicole make this hotel an absolute must if you are doing Ironman Wales. From the moment we arrived they made us feel welcome. We were fully informed about the local area and they really couldn't do enough to help us. The hotel is on the bike route which makes it a perfect location for afternoon viewing, and the... More

Stayed here twice - spotlessly clean, good service and staff very welcoming. Located on main road at the top of the hill above Saundersfoot harbour it is easy to find and convenient for short stroll into the resort, beaches and other attractions. The owners are welcoming and very happy to advise on what to do in the seaside resort and... More

My trip was booked at short notice and The Woodlands responded quickly to my email. We had a lovely welcome when we arrived. We had a very comfortable, spotlessly clean room overlooking the gardens, which we were lucky enough to enjoy as the weather was good. My son really enjoyed spending time in the garden playing. The fantastic breakfast set... More

Really enjoyed our stay at Woodlands. Breakfasts could not be faulted. Nicole and Mark were both very welcoming and helpful in explaining the area and places to eat and visit. Parking was easy on the forecourt of the hotel. We arrived with our parents who also enjoyed the hotel. My wife and myself would definately go back again, our parents... More
