First time visit & we stayed for 4 nights and found the hotel and staff to be very friendly and welcoming. Handily placed just back from the sea which can be seen from the benches on the front of the hotel. There are 3 floors all served by a good sized lift. We had a twin bedded room on the... More

I have stayed at the Gower hotel three times in total. First time being the start of last year, where I had a lovely stay there, two ladies in charge at that time and they were pleasant and lovely, as I travelled so far I got there 20 mins before checking in time and they opened the bar for me,... Visited the Gower on Saturday 26 July 2014 for one night. This is a plus in peak season as not all hotels accommodate a one night stay. The Hotel is right in the village centre and within walking distance of shops bars and restaurants. Adequate parking at the rear of the hotel, albeit down a narrow lane. The weather was... More

the hotel gets 3 stars but the staff (Andy) gets 5 stars. We had a great time with Andy. We stayed at the Gower for 2 nights. The room was allright but it had a large bathtub which was nice. Breakfast was good. It is well situated, close to the beach. The service was great.

We spent two nights at the Hotel Gower. Checked in by efficient and friendly staff. Room clean and well equipped. We booked dinner in the restaurant the first night and the meal was delicious. Generous portions and well cooked. Breakfast good too. We didn't book a meal the second night but had a bar meal. They were very busy but... More

We arrived a little early but the staff still managed to have our room ready and checked us in. Parking at the rear of the hotel plenty of room for a saturday in Saundersfoot. We were fukky informed of evening meal and breakfast arrangements during checking and very informative. Ideal location smack bang in the middle of Saundersfoot. Room was... More

We did a charity fundraising walk this weekend from Tenby to Saundersfoot and back. We'd arranged to stop here for food before starting the long walk back. The place itself was lovely, clean and the staff were helpful & attentive. We'd ordered a selection of sandwiches and bowls of chips in advance for lunch. This is where my only gripe... More

Dear Guest. Thank you for your comments. As this was a very short notice booking we were not sure as to the amount of food required especially as this was a sponsored walk on a hot day and were asked for 'Some sandwiches and chips'. Each member of the party was given one round of sandwiches (As arranged beforehand) and... More

Staff very welcoming and efficient. Room was nice and you could see the sea. Evening meal was very nice and breakfast excellent with some nice alternatives to the traditional full welsh breakfast. Negatives - very very noisy last night - in fact I hardly slept. There is a night club very close and the revellers were still at it at... More
