This is the best B&B I'be ever visited. Can't fault anything about it (except maybe the weather). The owner, Alison, couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful. The rooms were so stylish and the beds were so comfortable. The establishment was spotless and very stylish with great attention to detail. Breakfast was amazing and made to order with fresh local... My husband and I arrived at the old tramhouse as the first stop on our road trip across Scotland and we couldn't have received a warmer welcome. Our hostess gave us a wonderful induction to the area and couldn't do enough for us. The room was beautifully decorated and the breakfast was divine consisting of organic food products from the... We stayed here for two nights whilst visiting our son at the University. We had the family room which was lovely and spacious (double bed and bunk beds) with plenty of space for luggage and even a sofa. Alison the owner is great; really friendly and helpful and with, according to my 9 year old son, a really good Scottish... More

We stayed for one night to break up our journey to the Highlands. It was such a treat, a really nice little B&B with friendly staff, the breakfast was good and the complimentary nightcaps made it even more special.

Stayed here in November for 4 nights as part of our honeymoon. We were on a budget, but I wanted to go somewhere that we had plenty of things to go and do in the city as well as being close to family and friends. After seeing this pop up on a search on this website, I booked straight away!... More

What a wonderful place to stay! We came to Stirling for my daughter's graduation and stayed 4 nights with Alison. She was a treasure. The rooms were immaculate, quite a good size and the full breakfast in the morning was lovely. She stored our luggage for us for another 4 nights as we toured the Highlands and then spent a... More

Excellent, 1st class establishment in Stirling. The rooms are really well decorated with everything you could need. What really makes the place though is the owner, Alison, who cant do enough for you. The breakfast in the morning is fantastic and beautifully served. Thanks alot.

Our stay at The Old Tram House once again could only be described as wonderful. It started with a warm welcome by Alison in the late evening, goes on to the lovely rooms we stayed in and then in the morning: what a breakfast. Just splendid! Excellent value for the money.

We stayed for two nights in the family room for graduation, and was exactly what we needed for our visit to Stirling. The whole B&B has a great atmosphere, relaxed, with a homely feel to it, and Alison, the owner, was lovely; very attentive, friendly, professional, and welcoming. Ideally located for the university and only a quick hop into the... More
