Great little B&B near the station and only 5 mins from the centre of town. Jim Louden (owner) is friendly host and happy to help if asked. There are 6 rooms avail and guess of similar standard either double or twin. I had room 4 looking out to the front of the building. The bathroom was small but perfectly suitable... More

We stopped for one night and the B&B was just what we needed. The room was absolutely fine and all that could be expected for a very reasonable price. The hosts were welcoming and friendly, and the guest house is perfectly located for transport links and a 5 min walk from the town centre. Breakfast was freshly cooked and tasty.

Despite the worlds smallest sink, the room was cozy and the house has a wonderful feel. Elegant breakfast room and very gracious hosts. Would loved to have stayed longer! The other review seem quite accurate.

We stayed at the Forth Guest House for one night and found it well met our needs. A clean room, great location, wonderful breakfast, and friendly hosts. And, it's so well situated for a walk to Stirling Castle. A great comfort for anyone but especially so for a Buchanan in search of his ancestors.

Sadly we only spent one night here. On hindsight this would have been a good base to spend several days and doing day trips to Edinburgh etc. Beautiful house built in 1825, very nicely decorated and clean. Our room was very comfortable, mattress not too soft and pillows not too hard. Breakfast was yummy and the service very good. Easy... More

We stayed here for 5 nights during our tour of Scotland. We deliberately chose Stirling due to the excellent rail links with Glasgow & Edinburgh & this particular B & B due to its close proximity to the rail( & bus) station. We had a really warm welcome from Jim our genial host. There was on site car parking by... More

We stayed two nights in June 2014 in a lovely "attic" room with a skylight, modern bathroom, desk, and even a couch and a closet. Breakfast like everywhere is the traditional Scottish menu but here there was better than average bread and coffee. Best though is the host, Jim, who not only makes an effort to be friendly and welcoming,... More
