We stayed here for two nights in October 2011. Having read some of the comments on Trip Advisor thought I would try to balance some of the comments. The rooms are on the small side so if you have a lot of luggage then this is not the place for you. However the rooms are well equiped, clean, comfortable and... More

This was a quick overnight stop for us and was adequate for our needs. The room was a little small and the place felt overcrowded at breakfast. The location was very good to be able to walk around the place. More

I was a little worried about booking a room for less than 60 pds. Pleasently surprised. Location is just off the station and a short walk to the castle. The town is lovely. Rms are clean and big enough. House was built in 1880's, and is in great shape. Owners are charming and besides cooking a breakfast you would pay... More

This little B & B is practically in the shadow of the magnificent, restored Stirling Castle. It's also just half a block from a main street with lots of pubs and hang outs, a place to mix with the locals during the evening. We loved being here, could walk up to the castle (a pretty steep climb) in about 10... More

This B&B is an easy walk from the train station. At the top of the street there are 70 steps raising you to the next level in a relatively short walk to Stirling Castle. The B&B was very clean with free wireless Internet and a great full Scottish breakfast. Scottish B&B's do not supply a top sheet on the bed.... More

The owner, Ena, was very helpful with things to see and directions. The rooms were suitably comfortable, clean and functional. The hotel is a 20 minute walk from the train station. Stirling Castle is a 20 minute walk. Taxi fare to Wallace Monument is reasonable. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. More

My wife and I have stayed at Munro Guest House, Stirling on numerous ocassions. We feel so welcomed by the owner Ena, who is also the cook, she makes a fabulous breakfast, which all guests pass comment on, it's so good. They only cater for bed & breakfast, you have to dine out for your evening meal, which is not... More

I stayed at Munro Guest House with my wife and daughter last month. The hotel is run by Mrs. Ena Brickett and she is a lovely person who is very accomodating. We were leaving early Easter Sunday and she insisted on providing us with breakfast even though we would be leaving an hour earlier than breakfast was usually served. The... More
