We had our wedding reception here and also stayed the night of our wedding, as did some of our friends. Everything about this hotel is fabulous, if you love olde world you will love here. This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel, great location for the centre of Stirling and the castle. The hotel has just been renovated and is clean and very well kept. The staff were very friendly, accomadating and great service including a very good breakfast. Very reasonable as well in comparison to other hotels. more

We stayed here for one night recently and really enjoyed the hotel. The rooms are cozy and the beds very comfortable. The owner is a very nice man and a very good chef. We were tired after a long day of sightseeing and were talked into having dinner at the hotel restaurant. This turned out to be a fantastic treat.... more

We spent just one night here and wished it could have been longer. The hotel itself is amazing; inside it resembles a French chateau and is very beautiful. We stayed in the room with the 4 poster bed (at no extra cost) which although was comfortable, it was a bit of a struggle to stop oursleves from rolling into the... more
