We stayed in this so-called hotel for two nights earlier this month. It was so bad I don't know where to start. The carpet and the duvet cover were both stained. The bed was rock hard. The lighting in the room was inadequate. There was mould everywhere in the bathroom. The false wall behind the toilet was damaged and it looked... more

Very basic Travelodge with the usual amenities. We stayed for 3 nights in a family room. After our first nights stay, after the room had been serviced we found only one set of towels, and no tea bags had been replenished. Reception were very helpful and pleasant, assisting us with what we needed, unfortunately the same thing happened again the... more

Stayed for one night as a stop over travelling further north. Having had a recent bad experience with a travelodge this has restored my faith. Friendly welcome, nice comfortable room, excellent shower. All round good value. more

I was having my doubts before I stayed here after reading some of the comments on here. I was pleasantly suprised to find that the room was really nice and comfortable. I think the hotel has been recently refurbished. I would definatelly stay here again for a stopover to the north of Scotland more

I was initially partially worried about finding the travelodge, but it's signposted "services" so was really easy to find. Checking in was very easy, accomodation was nice and cheap. Standard double bed, what looked like a new tv fitted, and bathroom had a new shower head. We stayed for 2 nights. There was a kettle and everything was as described.... more

We had a family room at the Stirling Travel lodge and it was perfectly fine. The reception staff were friendly, the room was a good size, bed comfy and shower excellent. We got a taxi back from the town centre and it cost £10 which was fine between 3. The hotel is next to the MOTO service stop and there... more

I've stayed at many Travelodges and this was my only really negative experience. The room number 26 had mould and brown spots all over the bathroom ceiling, When informed reception they said it is to be refurbished in next couple of weeks. Their was an unpleasant smell in the room which i assumed was damp but after reading other reviews... more

Having stayed at TL Perth the previous week we expected the same standard, arrived at this one, booked in, given room no 2 it stank of very stale smoke, think it must have been ingrained in furniture and fittings as we was told it had been a non smoking room for a month and done up !!!!. We asked for... more

This travelodge may be a bit rough around the edges, but it offers reasonable comfort for a realistic nightly rate. Our 4-year-old was put up in a roll-out bed which, although not in great condition, she found perfectly comfortable, and our double bed was as comfortable as any hotel we've slept in at this price. Plenty of clean, crisp extra... more
