Stayed two nights - parents and two teenagers. Had one room with a pullout sofa which was very small for two and not very comfortable. Hotel was new, very clean, staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was included and was excellent. Is located on outskirts of town but views are lovely. I arrived at the Express by Holiday Inn at 16.00 hours there were plenty of parking spaces in the carpark. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. There is a bar connected to the reception desk which serves beers, wines, spirits and soft drinks, there is also a light refreshments vending machine opposite the reception and a pool table... more

So close to the Wallace Monument, Stirling Bridge, Stirling Castle and the Old Jail, and with easy access to the main motorways, it is the perfect place to settle for a few days. more

Good parking, quick check in, clean, quiet, reasonable sized rooms but you will need a car as it's on an industrial estate. Stayed here 2 nights in February. Room was clean and bed was huge! Breakfast was good, choice of cereals and pastries/toast etc and the breakfast room was spacious with tv. If you don't have a car you would struggle slightly with having dinners out, we went to the pub next door on the first night but food wasn't that good.... more

We stayed here the weekend of the Scotland v Ireland match in Edinburgh, but couldn't get anywhere to stay there.
