The food, the staff and the rooms were tremendous. I couldn't believe when I got there but the staff were very nice I think one of them is called Gloria and the other Glara. They were there the morning and night I was there. The rooms were immaculate and the food was supreme. The breakfast was to die for. I... More

We stayed here on our trip to the British Open in July. The two ladies who run the B&B were very helpful & exceptionally friendly. The couldn't be faulted for their service at all. We only stayed one night but it was a lovely cosy B&B. The breakfast the next morning was cooked to order (to the most minute detail).... More

A brief stop over, very clean, comfortable and friendly B&B. Comfortable bedrooms nicely decorated and very helpful host. Nothing was too much trouble for Gloria, thank you. Although we didn't explore the area it seemed to be a good location to explore so e of the historic area.

My husband and I are traveling through Scotland with my parents, as we are all celebrating our anniversaries (10th/49th). I booked the ground floor handicapped accessible super king room for my parents and a lovely double room with blue wallpaper with paisley print on it (3rd floor) for my husband and myself. Both rooms were very clean, tidy, and comfortable.... More

When we made our reservation at Stirling House the reviews were about the bed and breakfast and all looked good. When we arrived we were shown to what amounted to a self-catering room. The shared bathroom was downstairs, there was no breakfast and though the room was very nice, the smell of new paint was so strong we had to... More

We have stayed in this b&b from Christmas to the last week of January. The owner is very helpful with everything and had the house always perfectly organised. I would highly recommend everyone to book a stay in this lovely b&b.

Ideal central location, directly below and in perfect view of stunning Wallace Monument. Great parking facilities. Pubs, shops and restaurants all less than a 2 minute walk away from the B&B. Located less than one hour away from Edinburgh, Glasgow and beautiful landscapes. Comfortable and peaceful nights sleep. Spotlessly clean, luxurious, spacious rooms. 24 hour service, friendly, enthusiastic, helpful and... More
