When booked asked for a Twin room, we got a double bed with a bunk bed. Not good for two older ladies sharing. One of us slept in the bunk bed and it was a bit creaky, I asked why we did not get a twin room and was told they did not have one. I would have booked somewhere...

Positives first, very clean and tidy and a lovely Breakfast with plenty of choice. Negatives, 2 of my children stayed in Bunk Beds which constantly squeaked ALL NIGHT! but by far the let down which would prevent us from staying here again was the very hostile and unfriendly attitude of Fiona ,very grumpy didn't really make any effort to make...

Four of us stayed at this fabulous B & B in August of 2010. After arriving at the airport, via a very long bus ride, Fiona was there quickly to collect us which was much appreciated! Once we arrived at Rosemead Guesthouse my Mom realized that she had dropped her passport on the bus and we certainly weren't getting back...

Clean quiet but found the bed was like trying to sleep on a slab of rock. Left my car in their care for 2 weeks which they must have parked under a tree with birds roosting.
Booking was easy and Fiona responded to my emails promptly at all times. Very reasonable price too, we paid £90 for two weeks parking and an overnight stay with breakfast upon our return from holiday (we had a night flight).
Rosemead was really easy to find, it's very close to Gatwick but minus the "airport feel".
Fiona greeted us in...

We had a morning flight out of Gatwick, and had arrived the evening before. Rosemead is mere minutes from the airport but feels like it's a world away. A very short walk down the road brought us to 'Ye Olde Six Bells' pub, recommended by Fiona, and an excellent dinner was enjoyed. Our room was the Family Room, which accommodated...

Booked two rooms in this excellent guest house for an overnight stay before an early flight from Gatwick. The rooms were large, airy and clean. Confortable beds. Good en-suite facilities and tea-making/biscuits. Nice and very close to airport, so not too much aggravation to catch our flight (although the taxi firm 'carline' was not very reliable despite Fiona the owner...

Thank you for those kind words!
I am sorry that Carline let you down, they are usually very good!
I hope to welcome you here again next time you are in the UK.

I stayed in this extremely basic B&B and left my car for 5 days. I returned to find that my car had been damaged. I tried to raise it with the owner who was rude, defensive and unprofessional. She clearly knew about the damage but refused to help. She dismissed any discussion by referring to a small sign on her...

I am sorry that your car was damaged whilst it was at my property but as I pointed out at the time vehicles are left here entirely at your own risk. I did not know about the damage until you rang the doorbell and pointed out that the wing mirror had been scratched.
If I had scratched the wing mirror...

I've stayed in ETC 4 start accomodation before and I have to say was slightly disappointed by overall standard during our stay.
My daughters chose to sleep in the bunk beds in our room. The beds creaked constantly through the first part of the night - even when girls were still. We all did a bed switch in the early...
